QR Photo Album for Company Events

Participant photos arrive late
At company events, official documentation often focuses on the stage, prizes, and group photos. The photos that show participant energy sit on employees' phones, but post-event upload links are often ignored when everyone goes back to work.
One QR that does not interrupt
Place the QR at registration, dining tables, or on the rundown screen. Participants scan, the camera opens in the browser, and they shoot with a limited roll. Photos go to one album; the event photographer can use a special link that does not consume guest quota.
For HR, GA, or the EO
From the dashboard, choose a film, print the QR in A5/A4/A3, set the reveal, and moderate photos with hide/delete. For a 150-person gathering, Resepsi is Rp599,000; for a larger event or multi-division outing, Akbar unlimited is Rp999,000.
- Do we need a company account or employee login?
- Not for participants. They simply scan the QR and the camera opens in the browser. The host manages the album from the dashboard.
- Can inappropriate photos be hidden?
- Yes. From the dashboard, the host can hide or delete photos. The album can also stay hidden until the chosen reveal time.
- Does the company photographer use up guest quota?
- No, if they use the photographer link. That link is made for the photographer and does not consume guest quota.
